SERVICE ADVISOR

Steve Foley Cadillac is currently seeking an experienced Service Advisor with excellent service and sales skills for an immediate opening.

Duties include:

Communicate with customers to describe the nature of the mechanical problems once the service technicians have analyzed the vehicle.
Advise customers on the value of maintaining their vehicles in accordance with manufacture's specifications.
Interpret warranty information and policies to customers.
Communicate the need for additional work when needed; explain the details to the customers, including the additional cost and time consideration.
Follow up progress of each repair order during the day, contact customers by telephone or email regarding the changes in the estimate and time promised.
Answer any questions, review work performed and explain changes and coverage at time of pick-up.
Stay up to date on technical and performance information on all vehicles serviced by the dealership.
Refer leads and prospects for vehicle sales to the new and pre-owned sales departments.
Assist the service director as necessary.

Prior Service Advisor Experience A Must

Reynolds and Reynolds experience a plus

Strong desire to succeed with a willingness to exceed customer expectations

Strong customer service and organizational skills
